To safeguard our systems against potential threats, Pixii undergoes rigorous penetration testing, including our Gateway systems.  We collaborate with trusted, international certification and test bodies to identify and resolve vulnerabilities. Following external assessments, we have retested our solutions to ensure that all identified weaknesses have been addressed. Furthermore, for any customer holding a service level agreement (SLA), our hardware is continuously monitored to prevent unauthorized access, with security checks in place that are regularly updated.

Our quality assurance process begins with clearly documented specifications for every new product, incorporating the latest legal and technical requirements, as well as insights gained from field experience. Extensive verification and validation ensure that the design meets the highest customer expectations.  In production, we test all subassemblies and modules. With WATS, a globally recognized test platform developed by Virinco we are able to monitor product performance in real time. This statistical analysis ensures that all components operate within predefined limits, minimizing the risk of failure.

In addition to testing during production, we subject our products to long-term reliability testing in accordance with International standards. This ensures that our products can withstand the rigors of real-world conditions, particularly in critical infrastructure applications.

Comprehensive integration and long-term support

Our solutions are designed for seamless integration with third-party systems. While we are continuously expanding our testing capabilities, we currently test a variety of hardware and software combinations before deployment. For customers who enable remote system monitoring, we offer an extended warranty of up to five years. With our SLA, we provide active monitoring, and in combination with our Pixii.cloud platform and comprehensive protocols, customers are equipped with tools for continuous 24/7 monitoring. This ensures that our products consistently deliver optimal performance, while giving customers the resources to manage their systems around the clock.

Our alert systems provide advanced warnings for potential issues such as power surges and temperature fluctuations.  These smart alarms are designed to notify the right personnel at the right time, minimizing downtime and preventing damage.
