The Key Account Manager, which will be responsible for providing our Services to existing customers, is an important new add-on to the Pixii organization. In close cooperation with the global Customer Success team, you are targeting to offer our Service Level Agreements (SLA) to our customers. You will be contacting existing customers and/or join customer meetings with the sales team globally, with a target to inform – and sell – our Services to the customers’ specific systems. Typical SLAs we are offering today, is e.g. maintenance services, commissioning, monitoring, calibrations of their systems and extended warranties.
The Key Account Manager is expected to proactively suggest improvements of our services for the benefit of Pixii and our customers. You will have a great understanding of how the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) branch operates. This includes offering and handling of specific customer needs, based on their usage of the system. You will further on have a possibility to build, establish and lead a KAM organization for our Services in the future.
The Key Account Manager will contribute on working strategically and hands-on with more efficient ways of offering Services with right tools and processes, for the convenience of both Pixii and our customers.
You will work in a hyper-growth environment and must be comfortable with high pace and travelling globally. You will further on have good opportunities to influence and create results in the company’s international growth.
