Kristiansand is the location for Pixii’s main R&D office, and is currently housing a diverse mix of 21 enthusiastic and inspiring people.

In this position you will:

• Manage the Kristiansand office location including responsibility for the daily office facility and operation as well as purchasing and contract archive.
• Assist with HR and marketing related tasks
• Assist and coordinate internal/external events both work and social related
• Participate in recruitment and hiring process
• Be part of an exciting and global growth journey – paving the way for a more sustainable future

About you:

• Bachelor’s/Master degree or equivalent relevant background
• Strong social interpersonal and communication skills
• Structured and accurate
• Have a flexible mindset in a fast changing working environment
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
• Experienced in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Good IT knowledge
• Work well both individually and in a team
