Job description

The Service & Repair Manager is an important new add-on to the Pixii organization. The target of the role is to handle all Service & Repair related inquiries globally, and in parallel create a Service & Repair strategy for both own and third-party components. This includes the complete process for handling of different faulty products, both from the customers point of view, but also from the back-end part of it internally.

You will eventually be responsible for building an organization for handling service and repair. either inhouse, outsourced or somewhere in-between. You will gain a in-depth understanding of the different solutions and components Pixii is providing.

The Service & Repair Manager will be working strategically and hands-on with more efficient ways of handling/mapping inquiries with right tools and processes, for the convenience of both Pixii and our customers. The Service & Repair Manager will furthermore be responsible for tracking and extracting information to analyze data, to eventually improve the customer satisfaction and the quality of our products.

The Service & Repair Manager will work in a hyper-growth environment and must be comfortable with high pace and travelling globally. You will further on have good opportunities to influence and create results in the company’s international growth.
