Job description

The Support Coordinator is an important new add-on to the Pixii organization. The target of the role is to handle external inquiries globally, by coordinating and distributing inquiries to relevant persons internally. You will cooperate closely with the various departments in Pixii and will contribute on developing processes to secure efficiency and scalability for the inquiries we receive. The Support Coordinator will also be a first line of support for small inquiries, but will mainly focus on managing and directing inquiries to the right persons. The Support Coordinator will contribute in finding more efficient ways of handling/mapping inquiries with right tools and pipelines, for the convenience of both Pixii and our customers. The Support Coordinator will furthermore be responsible for creating, extracting and using different Tags to analyze data, to eventually improve the customer satisfaction.
The Support Coordinator will work in a hyper-growth environment and must be comfortable with high pace.
