Pixii has appointed Thomas Ingebretsen as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2026. He succeeds Kenneth Bodahl, who will continue in Pixii as Senior Vice President Business Development. In this role, Kenneth will focus on global accounts and support Pixii’s growing activities in the telecom market, where he brings extensive experience and a proven track record from earlier in his career.

Thomas joins Pixii with more than 25 years of leadership experience from international technology organisations. He has led companies through growth, transformation and commercial scaling, and is known for his clear priorities, data-driven leadership style and focus on solid processes. These capabilities will be central as Pixii moves from a rapid scale-up phase into a more structured, globally oriented organization.
“Pixii is evolving rapidly, both technologically and commercially. As we enter the next phase of the company’s development, clarity, structure and predictable execution will be essential. Thomas brings the leadership experience needed to strengthen the organisation and support Pixii’s long-term direction.”

Under Kenneth Bodahl’s leadership, Pixii has experienced significant growth and increased international visibility. In his new role, he will continue to contribute directly to Pixii’s strategic development through close collaboration with key customers and partners, with particular focus on global accounts and the telecom market.

“Pixii has built a strong position based on technology, competence and a clear mission. My role will be to sharpen focus, strengthen execution and ensure that we scale in a structured and sustainable way, while continuing to support more resilient and flexible energy systems. I look forward to working with the team to realise the opportunities ahead.”
